Beta Course Participant Agreement
By enrolling in the OneSoma Bodywork beta course you agree to the following terms:
1. Feedback Requirement
As a beta participant, you agree to actively provide feedback to support course development, including:

Written feedback on course content and user experience, and

Participation in one (1) video feedback call with the OneSoma Bodywork team at a mutually agreed time.
2. Written Review
You agree to provide one (1) written review of the Course after sufficiently exploring the course materials. This review may be used for internal evaluation and, with your consent, promotional purposes.
3. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions
All Course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of OneSoma Bodywork and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise disseminate any Course materials, in whole or in part, and that access is personal, non-transferable, and for individual use only.
4. Legal Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that unauthorized use or distribution of Course materials constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action, including damages and other remedies available under law.
5. Acceptance
By enrolling in the beta course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
