WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

Friday, Nov 6 — Arrival & Welcome For those already in town, join a group hike and lunch in the afternoon — a chance to settle in and meet your cohort before things get hands-on. At 5pm, we gather at the venue for an introductory lecture covering the OneSoma philosophy so Saturday can hit the ground running. Group dinner follows for those who want to linger. (hike & group dinner optional)

Saturday & Sunday, Nov 7-8 — Core CE Days The heart of the workshop. We dive straight into hands-on technique work, and the bulk of your learning happens on the table: giving, receiving, adjusting, and refining through practitioner exchanges that cover the back, neck, shoulders, hips, and glutes: the areas your clients ask for most. (Core Curriculum · 16 CE hours through NCBTMB)

Monday, Nov 9 — Integration Day (New this event!) This is a brand new addition to the weekend workshop. Students give and receive longer sessions with Isabel's real-time guidance on refining technique, specific cases, and embodying what you've learned with confidence. This is the day to put it all together, go deeper on what you've already learned, and leave knowing you've genuinely got this. 

BETWEEN INSTRUCTION:

We will have optional group meals, group hangs, and many conversations to talk about our business growth, long and short term goals, etc. This is more than just a CE workshop: it's an opportunity to connect with bodyworkers from around the country, and think deeply about where you want the future of your bodywork business + private practice to go.
