Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while also honoring the logistics and commitments required to host an in-person workshop.

• Full Refund:
  A full refund is available if you cancel at least one (1) month prior to the workshop date.

• Transfer to a Future Workshop:
  If you cancel between one (1) month and two (2) weeks prior to the workshop date, you may withdraw from the workshop and apply your ticket as a credit toward a future workshop of equal value. No cash refunds will be issued during this period.

• No Refunds or Credits:
  Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the workshop date are not eligible for refunds or credits, as preparations and expenses are already finalized.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Tickets are non-transferable to other individuals unless explicitly approved in advance.
